With this attachment you will be able to activate and use the Night Drop feature on your Vivarium Electronics thermostats. This module is NOT REQUIRED for the VE-300/300X2 thermostats.
When installed with on a VE-100, VE-200, Hi-Power, and/or Hobbystat you can automatically have the temperature drop at night to properly simulate natural temperature gradients, which is especially important for nocturnal animals.
Small AC plug can be used with virtually any grounded or non-grounded light timer.
